Ordered in February 2018 for a baby due in March. Never received and no correspondence.
Emails bounce back, money down the drain and back to square one for a newborn gift. Have tried leaving feedback on fb page, along with other pages advertising their items, and several emails, not of which are returned and even trying different email addresses, some of those wouldn't even go through. The help centre site shown at the bottom of the 'confirmation email' just shows 'site can't be reached' so there is literally no way to contact these people, or to get your money back.
Admittedly it is only $5, but it is the rudeness and the principal. You pay for something in full trust, and then the supplier literally falls off the face of the earth
